A mother of four and visionary leader, Kanyi brings her passion for art and mentorship to HCK. As CEO of All & Sundry Limited and a professional watercolor artist, she spearheads our weekly art therapy program at Kenyatta National Hospital. Her motto: “Excellence in every detail changes lives.” 🔹 BA in Fine Art (Kenyatta University) 🔹 Toastmasters Certified Communicator 🔹 5+ years transforming young lives through creative healing

Vice Chair | Financial Markets Leader & Policy Advocate

As CEO of Kenya Association of Stock Brokers & Investment Banks, Wilson fights for systemic change—both in finance and childhood cancer care. He co-founded the African Stockbrokers Association and champions healthcare funding reforms.

ALICE NJUGUNA

Board Secretary & Educational Institution Expert

Alice Mwangi is an educationist, school leader and passionate advocate for children and families. She is the Director of an international school in Nairobi and has extensive experience in education, leadership, administration and community service.

Alice currently serves on the Board of Hope for Cancer Kids as the Board Secretary and also heads Hope House, the organisation’s home in Nairobi. The home provides a safe, caring and supportive environment for children undergoing medical treatment in Nairobi,

In her role, Alice oversees the day-to-day running of the home, working closely with staff, caregivers, volunteers and other stakeholders to ensure that the children and their families receive not only accommodation, but also dignity, compassion, emotional support and a sense of belonging during what can be an extremely difficult period in their lives.


Alice brings to the Board a combination of strategic leadership, organisational experience, people management and a deep commitment to service. She is particularly passionate about initiatives that improve the wellbeing, dignity and opportunities of children and vulnerable families.

Paul Nyaga is a seasoned leader whose core strengths in investment banking, strategic direction, and building organizational infrastructure are invaluable to our mission. His expertise in establishing robust systems and processes ensures our foundation operates with maximum efficiency and sustainability. Paul provides the critical strategic and financial oversight necessary to steward our resources wisely, drive growth, and ultimately expand our ability to deliver hope and support to children fighting cancer.

Moreen Nyawira is the Executive Assistant at Hope for Cancer Kids, bringing experience in administration, financial coordination, project support, and stakeholder engagement. She supports the organisation’s day-to-day operations, coordinates projects and events, and assists in reporting, grants, and administrative processes. With a strong eye for detail and an organised approach, Moreen helps ensure that HCK’s programmes and operations run smoothly in support of children with cancer and their families.

Home Manager | Carer in chief

Marion Kerubo is the Home Manager at 1 Hope House, bringing valuable experience in working closely with patients and caregivers. She oversees the day-to-day operations of 1 Hope House, ensuring that children and their families have a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout their treatment journey. Her compassion and hands-on approach enable her to understand and respond to the unique needs of each family, while coordinating their care and support at the Home.
