Pillar 2: Childhood Cancer Awareness

Empowering Communities with Life-Saving Knowledge

Early detection is the single greatest multiplier of survival odds. Yet, many childhood cancers in Kenya are diagnosed at a late stage due to a lack of awareness. We fight this by equipping communities and frontline workers with knowledge.

Targeted Education

We conduct educational sessions in schools, community centers, and with community health workers, teaching them to recognize the early warning signs of childhood cancer—like persistent fevers, unexplained bruising, or white eye in photographs.

National Campaigns

We amplify our message during International Childhood Cancer Day (February 15th) and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (September), using powerful stories and facts to reach a national audience.

Informational Resources

We create and distribute clear, simple materials in local languages, ensuring life-saving information is accessible to all.
